At ODUM. we have a flat fee of £25.00 to come to the property and take all necessary measurements.
​
For residential properties it is an additional £0.65/m² to produce the scale floorplans.
​
For commercial properties it is an additional £0.10/m² to produce the scale floorplans.
​
Discounts are offered on multiple property orders.

Single floor, 1 bedroom flat, approximately 40m².
Total cost ~£50.00 +VAT.
1050m² Industrial unit
Expansive machine shop + double floor office areas, approximately 1050m² of commercial space.
Total cost ~£130.00 +VAT.
